That last post wasn’t as good as I’d have liked it to have been…

I need to be better informed.  It’s impossible to know everything – but how about if that were possible?  

Politics and policy are two very different things.  While I think I know more than others, less than many – it’s all cursory, surface knowledge – and that’s politics.  I wish I had a deeper, richer understanding of the way things worked and the details to really effectively solve problems.  That’s policy.

I do believe that Occam’s Razor is a useful tool for application in most cases, but a little more knowledge, a little deeper understanding of the nuance and details would enable me to illuminate a point much more effectively, instead of speaking in broad, uneven terms.

In addition to the previous entry, I think I’ve got some typos here and there throughout all the entries.  Sorry.

I need to be better, both as a blogger and a human being.

All I can hope for tomorrow is that I’m better than I was today.

I hope to improve.
